At Cielo Fragrances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your perfume impressions, you may return the product within 1 week from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return: Please contact our customer service team at info@cielofragrance.com or on WhatsApp 03012193389 to initiate your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

Shipping Recommendations: We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service for returns. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 20 days.
