We want you to love your CIELO fragrance. Because our products are made in small batches and are personal-care items, please review this policy before purchasing.

1. Due to Product Nature

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within [48–72 hours — confirm] of delivery at info@cielofragrance.com with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within [7 days — confirm] of delivery. Shipping costs for such returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Discovery Sets and sample vials once opened

• Any item marked as final sale or part of a limited seasonal release

• Gift cards (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7–10 business days — confirm] of approval. Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Order Cancellations
