All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.

4. Product Authenticity

Every CIELO fragrance is made in-house, in small batches. We do not authorize resale through third-party marketplaces or retailers, and cannot guarantee authenticity of any product not purchased directly from cielofragrance.com.

5. Shipping

Shipping timelines, costs, and coverage areas are outlined at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of CIELO Fragrances, though we will assist in tracking and resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to brand names, logos, product photography, and written copy — is the property of CIELO Fragrances and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

CIELO Fragrances is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, including allergic reactions. Please do a patch-test where appropriate.
